Music and cultural waves have always been in sync. Especially during the summer this combination creates a spark. One could argue that this season functions as a catalyst for culture. In 1969 hippie culture emerged with psychedelic rock at open field festivals. The summer of 1989 brought forth acid house and ecstatic ravers in warehouses and abandoned shops. And this summer – our summer of 2022 – we abundantly took back dance floors across the country. All under the flag of music. Different times representing the same values: freedom, expression, nonconformity.

So, when the music starts again.
