We can only guarantee the validity of tickets purchased via our official ticketshop or TicketSwap.

We work with Sealed Tickets. Shortly (about a day) before the event, you can download your ticket(s). As soon as your tickets can be downloaded, you will receive an email.

If you are the one who purchased tickets for your entire group of friends, you can assign or send those tickets to your friends at that time.

Sealed Tickets are tickets that cannot be downloaded until shortly before the event begins. So you can buy tickets, but they can’t be downloaded yet. Shortly (about a day) before the event you can download your ticket(s). As soon as your tickets can be downloaded, you will receive an email.

If, unfortunately, you can’t attend ZeeZout Festival and need to sell your tickets, we strongly recommend using TicketSwap for this purpose. Likewise, if you plan to purchase tickets from someone else, we advise you to only buy them through TicketSwap.

When a ticket is sold via TicketSwap, the original ticket gets canceled, and a new ticket is going to the new owner. The ‘old’ ticket becomes invalid and the seller cannot relist it on TicketSwap.This precaution guarantees the authenticity of your tickets.

You pay in two instalments when you opt for a Deposit. 

You now pay a part of the total amount. In June, you will receive a follow-up email with a unique ticket link, where you can complete the rest of your payment. Once you have paid, you will receive a valid ticket for ZeeZout Festival.

Your ticket is only redeemed once you have paid the total amount.

You have the entire month of June to make the remaining payment. You will receive various reminders for this purpose.

The Deposit Ticket is different from an admission ticket. You will need a redeemed ticket to grant access.

Like any other ticket, it is not possible to get a refund. If you are unable to attend the event unexpectedly, we advise you to offer your ticket on TicketSwap.

Please note: you can only offer a fully redeemed ticket on TicketSwap. Therefore, make sure to redeem your ticket before placing it on TicketSwap. Unredeemed tickets will be blocked on TicketSwap.

If you have redeemed the ticket, you can put it on TicketSwap. Only redeemed tickets can be listed on TicketSwap for 50 euros (+20%). If a ticket has not been redeemed yet, TicketSwap will block it.

ZeeZout Festival 2024 takes place on August 31. The opening hours are from 1PM – 11PM.

ZeeZout Festival is held at Tuinen van West, in the Amsterdam district Nieuw-West.

Navigate to Pieter Moeskopspad 20 and follow the signs ZeeZout Festival. 

You have to be 18 years or older to attend ZeeZout Festival.

We recommend all visitors to come by bike, shuttlebus or public transport!

Yes, we offer a shuttle bus service that travels from Amsterdam Sloterdijk to Tuinen van West. Please buy a shuttlebus ticket in advance via our ticketshop.

From Amsterdam Central Station you can take the bus (21 to Geuzenveld) to Sam van Houtenstraat. From there it’s about a 15 minute walk to the festival site.

At ZeeZout Festival we have a strict zero tolerance policy towards hard drugs and laughing gas. This means that hard drugs and laughing gas are not permitted.

1. At ZeeZout, we embrace and accept each other. 
2. Our communication with and towards each other is positive, friendly and respectful. We consider our words carefully when addressing others and always ensure we do not offend or disrespect anyone.
3. We value each other’s privacy and are committed to establish a safe and open environment.
4. Everyone is free to wear whatever they like. We do ask you to refrain from wearing football jerseys or offensive and derogatory (racist, homophobic, etc.) clothing.
5. Touching or approaching someone is only allowed after clear consent is given. If someone touches you without permission, addresses you in an unwanted or inappropriate manner, or makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, calmly exit the situation and inform the social safety team, bar staff, security, or first aid. 
6. We watch out for one another and lend a helping hand. If you spot someone in an uncomfortable situation, don’t hesitate to notify the social safety team, bar staff, security, or first aid. We’re here to support each other!
7. If you or someone around you is feeling unwell, don’t hesitate to visit first aid. These professionals are here to help you no matter what. Know that you can visit first aid without any consequences. 
8. At ZeeZout, we care about the well-being of people, animals, and nature. It is our responsibility to leave the environment clean and tidy.
9. ZeeZout Festival has a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, ableism, body shaming, homophobia, and transphobia. All forms of (sexual) misconduct or violence are strictly prohibited.

All incidents are taken seriously, and our aim is to assist you. Your anonymity as a visitor will be preserved. In case of any breach of our house rules, we reserve the right to remove the individual from the festival premises.
